returns policy
If you are not satisfied with an item the you have purchased from the Pure Bicycle Company, please return it to us within seven days for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Please contact us before you return any items to get a returns number.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be UNUSED or UNWORN (this is in addition to your statutory rights). Please include in your package a copy of your original purchase invoice and your contact details. When sending your return please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTAGE from your Post Office as you will have to produce it in case of a loss.
